Scout grew up in California and has always had a passion for exploration and community.  After high school, they moved across the country to discover new places and perspectives.  While earning a degree in Sustainability, Scout built a career as a program manager in technology, developing expertise in operations and customer advocacy.

They went on to pursue a Master’s in Arts Management at Claremont Graduate University, where they gained hands-on experience in celebrating and developing the arts.  This work helped shape their commitment to creating meaningful experiences for others.  At Harmony, Scout is excited to support performing arts groups as they travel to new destinations and take part in life-changing performances.  Outside of work, Scout enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and walking the 272 stairs from their house to the beach.
